Debate Topics for Round 4

Late Policy (New as of Tuesday, Sept. 28)

As was mentioned in class, our late policy for assignments from here on out will be:
- Between 0 and 24 hours past the end of the class its due: 20% deduction.
- Between 24 and 48 hours past the end of the class its due: 40% deduction.
- Over 48 hours past the end of the class its due: 100% deduction.
